Some of our items are shipped from various warehouses. Please note that you may receive multiple shipments from a single order if the products are sourced from various locations. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to inquire about tracking your package. Customer is responsible for paying duties on items shipped internationally.
